The first intellectual is aimed to deepen in finding best practices in linking dance+mindfulness+positive psychology in order to develop soft skills, creativity and leadership skills through non-formal education activities. The research will deepen in how to develop related and needed skills like empathy or resilience through dance+mindfulness+positive psychology and how to link such tools with the development of a consistent curriculum for the training course for trainers, teachers, dance companies and providers of non-formal education.
