View & delete call history
You can see a list of calls you’ve made, answered, or missed. And you can delete calls from that list.
Important: Some of these steps only work on Android 6.0 and up. Learn how to check your Android version.
See your call history
- Open your device's Phone app .
- Tap Recents.
- You’ll see one or more of these icons next to each call in your list:
- Missed calls (incoming) (red)
- Calls you answered (incoming) (blue)
- Calls you made (outgoing) (green)
See call details
To learn more about a call in your history, tap the call Call details.
You’ll see details for each call made to that number, like when it happened, how long it was, and whether it was incoming or outgoing.
Add numbers to your contacts
To add a number to your contacts from your call history, tap the call Add to contact or Create new contact.
Delete calls from your history
- Open your device's Phone app .
- Tap Recents .
- Tap a number or contact.
- Tap Call details.
- At the top, tap Trash .
Delete your entire call history
- Open your device's Phone app .
- Tap Recents .
- Tap More Call History.
- Tap More Clear call history.
- When asked if you want to delete your call history, tap Ok.
Additional information
- It is not possible to delete call history from your account.
- Each call log displays either your last 100 calls or 60 days of calls, whichever comes first.
- Phone customers will have access to call logs after the first bill has been posted.
- Traditional home phone customers do not have access to call history online.
